Deborah Carthy-Deu - The Second Puerto Rican Miss Universe

Born on January 5, 1966, in an urban district of Santurce in San Juan, Deborah Fatima Carthy-Deu became the second Puerto Rican to won the prestigious Miss Universe 1985. On July 15, 1985 in Knight Center of Miami in the State of Florida, Puerto Rico made another mark in the history of beauty for bringing home the crown of Miss Universe. Deborah is the daughter of Ramoo Carthy Sanchez and Vicky Sanz Deu.
